What Are Inner Skills?
We spend a significant portion of our lives at work—often more time than we dedicate to anything else, including sleep.
While it’s essential to learn practical skills for job performance—whether in management, engineering, accounting, or other fields—these skills, often referred to as “outer skills,” focus on what we do at work.
However, there is another equally important dimension to our work lives: how we are internally while performing our tasks. Are we fully present or merely going through the motions? Are we creative or mechanical? Do we enjoy the process of working, or are we solely focused on the outcome? This inner aspect, which shapes our approach to work and life, is the foundation of Inner Skills for Work and Life Training.
Most of us spend time learning outer skills to achieve results, but we rarely focus on the inner skills that influence how we experience work. How we engage with this major part of our lives profoundly affects its quality.
This course is designed to help you develop a different inner approach to work. It focuses not on what you do, but how you do it—teaching you to be more present, creative, joyful, loving, relaxed, and at your best.
