How Hypnotherapy Works
Hypnotherapy directly connects with your subconscious mind to uncover the root causes of issues affecting your mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. By addressing these core issues, hypnotherapy facilitates change from within, leading to positive transformations in your external life. When the subconscious mind changes, your outer reality shifts as well.

The Theory of Mind
In simple terms, the mind refers to the seat of human consciousness. In spiritual understanding, the mind is seen as an energy field surrounding the body, with its centre near the pit of the stomach.
The mind is divided into three components:
- The Conscious Mind (10-12%): Like the CPU of a computer, it handles reasoning, decision-making, analysing, and controlling body movements.
- Subconscious Mind (88-90%): Comparable to a computer’s hard drive, it stores memories and manages automatic bodily functions. It is divided into two parts:
- Modern Memory: Stores current life experiences.
- Primitive Mind: Contains past-life memories.
- The Critical Filter: Acts as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. It develops between birth and the age of 8, filtering information based on societal, educational, and religious conditioning.
How the Mind Processes Information?
The conscious mind retains memories for about 1.5 hours, after which information moves to the critical conscious mind (which holds 24-hour memories). From there, data is analyzed and transferred to the subconscious mind when the conscious mind is at rest, such as during sleep or a meditative state.
The subconscious mind’s Modern Memory stores all experiences from conception to the present. The Primitive Mind, on the other hand, houses past-life memories and evolved conditioning, governing automatic functions essential for survival and healing.
