Meditation Training in Delhi
Workshop for Introductory Meditation Experience:
If we read human history of growth of science, we will come to know that it is full of incidents where the greatest inventions & solutions of greatest problems had come to the human brain when it was not actually working on them. For example: – Archimedes found ‘the law of displacement’ when he was taking a bath,Madam Curie found ‘the secret of Radium’ when she was just passing through her lab during night, Newton found ‘the law of gravity’ when he was sitting in the garden under an apple tree. This is not a very rare phenomenon, this is something that happens in everybody’s life, many times. Sometimes when you are working on a particular problem & you are not able to find the answer in spite of your best efforts. Finally you leave all efforts for a while & enjoy a cup of coffee or relaxation of any kind & suddenly the answer strikes your mind from no-where.
Fear, tension and anxiety are our worst enemies. If persistent for a long time, they may lead to serious behavioral maladjustments. Human being is full of strength and energy but hardly one tenth of this energy gets activated due to various external factors. Meditation helps us reactivate this hidden strength, and re-energizes us to go ahead on the path of success. It also helps us concentrate on our goals and objectives, and builds up our self-confidence and strength of mind to achieve them.
People working in service sector usually remain overstressed due to the nature and heavy volume of work. Meditation training can greatly help them reduce their tension and anxiety, and reenergize their body and mind. Meditation will also help them rediscover their inner strength to be utilized for achieving their set targets. To be at peace with oneself and outside world is very important for being successful in life.
